1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing an order with Super Digitizing ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

We provide embroidery digitizing, vector art conversion, and screen print separation services, delivered on the timelines and at the prices displayed on our website at the time you place your order.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Orders, Quotes, and Turnaround

Placing an order or requesting a quote constitutes an offer to purchase services, which we may accept or decline. Turnaround times shown at checkout (e.g., 24-hour standard turnaround) are estimates and begin once we have all information and files needed to start work. Expedited turnaround may be available for an additional fee.

5. Revisions and Edit Requests

If a delivered file does not match your order specifications, you may submit an edit request through your dashboard. We will review and address reasonable revision requests related to the accuracy of the delivered file against the original order specifications.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are as displayed at the time of order and are processed securely through PayPal. Orders are scheduled for production once payment is received. If we adjust the price of an order after payment (for example, following a quote revision), any overpayment is automatically refunded to your original payment method.

8. File Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the original artwork you upload. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the digitized or converted output files we deliver for your own production purposes. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any artwork you submit to us, and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.

9. Prohibited Uses

• Submitting artwork you do not have the rights to reproduce.
• Using our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Digitizing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
