Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

1. Introduction

Super Digitizing ("we", "us", or "our") provides embroidery digitizing, vector art conversion, and screen print separation services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: name, email address, and password (or your Google account identifier, if you sign in with Google).
  • Order information: uploaded artwork and design files, order specifications, quotes, revision/edit requests, and order status history.
  • Payment information: our payment processor, PayPal, handles your payment details directly — we do not receive or store your full card number. We do retain records of transaction amounts, dates, and PayPal-issued reference IDs for order and refund processing.
  • Communications: messages you send us through our contact form, along with the email address and content you provide.
  • Technical information: basic diagnostic and error data collected automatically to keep the service reliable.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account, and to process, digitize, and deliver your orders.
  • To communicate with you about orders, quotes, edit requests, and payments (including order-status emails).
  • To process payments and refunds through PayPal.
  • To respond to contact form inquiries and provide customer support.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
  • To improve our website and services.

4. Third-Party Services

We share information with the following third parties only as needed to provide our services:

  • Google: if you choose to sign in with Google, Google provides us your basic profile information (name and email) to create or authenticate your account.
  • PayPal: processes payments and refunds on our behalf. PayPal's own privacy policy governs the payment information you provide directly to them.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active and afterward as needed to comply with our legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Uploaded design files are retained to support reorders and revisions unless you request their deletion.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), password hashing, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at contact@superdigitizing.com. You may also update your account details directly from your dashboard settings, or close your account at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
