Refund Policy

1. Overview

Because every order is custom digitizing, vector art, or screen print separation work produced specifically for you, refund eligibility depends on how far your order has progressed. This policy explains when a refund applies and how to request one.

2. Before Work Has Started

If you cancel an order before we have begun production, you are eligible for a full refund to your original PayPal payment method.

3. After Work Has Started

Once digitizing, conversion, or separation work has begun, the order is no longer eligible for a full refund, as it reflects labor already performed. If you believe the delivered file does not match your order specifications, submit an edit request from your dashboard first — most issues are resolved through a revision rather than a refund. If we're unable to deliver a file that matches your order specifications after reasonable revision attempts, contact us and we will review your order for a partial or full refund at our discretion.

4. Overpayments

If the price of your order is adjusted after payment (for example, following a quote revision) and this results in an overpayment, the difference is automatically refunded to your original PayPal payment method — no request needed.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@superdigitizing.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original PayPal payment method. Once processed on our end, PayPal typically reflects the refund within 3–5 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take longer.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders where the delivered file matches the specifications you provided at checkout.
  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information/files provided at order time.
  • Change-of-mind cancellations after production has started.
