These people are the BEST. Manaku and Anaka. Please forgive misspelling your names. They knew my deadline was cutting very close, but they went out of their way to help me to meet my deadline. They came through for me and was able to finished the job on time. They did excellent job. I definitely highly recommended them and also the digitizing job was excellent.

Very unhappy with this company. I paid for a design to be digitized. I received a picture of the design with colors but no file. Tried to contact these people numerous times in every way possible as this was supposed to have been for a christmas present. Never was able to get any satisfaction. I definitely would not recommend these people.

At first I was a bit worried, but customer service worked it out. Image uploaded just as designed.

Hi on order 3087 - I had asked for SPXC design to be resized for a hat - and saved as a dst - The new completed file measures 3.41" tall x 3.72" wide?? Can you check that please and resend with the max height being no more than 2.25" high...Thank you - you guys are the greatest!!!

Thanks for getting back with me I thought it was the image but we called our local supply dealer and they told us we was using the wrong stabilizer we went and picked up a no show fusible,heavy weight soft tear away,and water soluble topping to get it to stich right now it's doing good thanks for the response and we will definitely be ordering more images from yall

The response was immediate, the price was invaluable and they have 24 hour turnaround. I emailed the design photos last night and had the digitized photos and prices when I turned on my computer this morning. Their work is better than the previous digitizer I had in MI.
